**Regional Sales Manager - RespirTech**
RespirTech provides effective airway clearance therapy with the Philips InCourage system. InCourage vest therapy is designed for simple, safe, and effective airway secretion clearance for patients with a wide range of chronic respiratory conditions including cystic fibrosis, certain neuromotor/neuromuscular disorders, COPD, and bronchiectasis.
**Your role:**
+ Foster growth within your region of 9 Territory Managers.
+ Travel 2-3 days most weeks, 70% travel to see customers with your territory managers and provide them with coaching and feedback.
+ Analyze data and coach Territory Managers to implement a sales plan for the assigned territory. This includes targeting, routing, and messaging.
+ Complete training program to become proficient in all aspects of the RespirTech InCourage airway clearance therapy, services provided by the organization and the clinical profile of the patients we serve.
