Key Responsibilities
- Regional Sales Performanc e: Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve targets for volume, revenue, and market share. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to identify and address any gaps
- Dealer Managemen t: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships within the region, conducting regular visits to assess performance, provide training, and support business improvement plans. Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational guidelines
- Sales Strategy Implementatio n: Implement sales programs, campaigns, and promotions in alignment with national sales strategies. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of these initiatives to enhance future campaigns
