Job Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Production, Soil Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the agricultural industry with at least 3 years' experience in a sales leadership or management role
- Must have strong row crop experience
- Previous people management and recruitment experience is essential
- Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing agricultural sales teams while consistently achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience within crop nutrition, bio-stimulants, crop protection, seed, or related agricultural input industries will be highly advantageous
