Regional sales manager

Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Production, Soil Science, or a related field Minimum 5 years' experience within the agricultural industry with at least 3 years' experience in a sales leadership or management role Must have strong row crop experience Previous people management and recruitment experience is essential Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing agricultural sales teams while consistently achieving sales targets and driving business growth Experience within crop nutrition, bio‑stimulants, crop protection, seed, or related agricultural input industries will be highly advantageous The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of Technical Sales Representatives.
