Regional Sales Manager - Responsible for managing and driving sales operations at a regional level. - Oversee branch banking sales activities and ensure achievement of sales targets. - Coordinate with teams across North region including Chandigarh and Haryana. - Develop strategies to expand customer base and improve branch performance. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve business goals. - Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance business growth. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with HR and other departments to support sales initiatives. - Analyze sales data to prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.
