Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, managing KPIs, performance, and pipeline execution.
Build, manage, and close pipelines for new strategic mid-market and enterprise clients.
Own the entire enterprise sales cycle, including discovery, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
Identify new revenue opportunities through consultative selling and by serving as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
Maintain a strong focus on revenue targets to ensure company-wide sales goals are met.
Regularly meet with prospects, partners, and clients to strengthen relationships and drive opportunities.
Identify, build, and maximize strategic partnerships with existing and potential partners.
