Overview:
Seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead QA/QC teams across large-scale telecommunications and hyperscale data center projects. This role oversees quality processes, supports field teams, manages escalations, and ensures compliance with customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage QA Leads, Quality Specialists, and field-facing QA teams
• Serve as main QA escalation point for technicians, superintendents, and clients
• Enforce quality standards, procedures, and documentation across projects
• Review reports, monitor KPIs, and drive quality improvements
• Balance QA resources and staffing across multiple sites
• Investigate and resolve field quality issues and customer concerns
• Support project kickoffs and develop QA plans
• Partner with training teams to upskill field personnel
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
