Regional Process Engineering Lead - Lean Manufacturing

Cooper Standard is seeking a Process Engineer to plan and coordinate the manufacturing processes of new products and existing customer programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support to manufacturing operations, conducting validation trials, and developing tooling and process improvements.

This hybrid position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to safety and environmental guidelines. The candidate will also champion lean manufacturing principles and engage in process improvement activities.
