Job Description
The Regional Planner (International Business Service) will play a critical leadership role in driving service strategy, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across international regions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute Long Range Planning (LRP) strategies to support future business growth and service excellence.
- Monitor and manage regional service performance through KPI dashboards, Vital Few tracking, and performance review mechanisms.
- Lead Executive Committee Meeting (ECM) action governance, ensuring timely implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Drive the development and launch of new service products through market research, competitive benchmarking, and business case development.
