Your Tasks

1. Performance Management

• Drive MU and COE supply chain performance through key KPIs (SL, DIH, Waste, FCA).
• Ensure achievement of defined Service Levels and support global/regional IIM and bottleneck management processes.
• Optimize inventory management to reduce excess/risk stock while avoiding shortages.
• Provide early warnings on deviations and aligned action taking.
• Set, align, and cascade objectives across MUs, COEs, PCs, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and coordinated operations.

2. Demand & Supply Planning Excellence

• Identify and implement best practices for Demand (STD, Promo, IIM, Demand Sensing) and Supply (CRP, NDF sourcing) across MUs, PCs and COEs.
• Build and strengthen planning capabilities through training and knowledge sharing.
• Perform planning health checks, define improvement actions and ensure timely follow-up and closure....
