About the role:

As a Regional Operations Leader based in Port Augusta, you’ll play a key role in the safe and efficient delivery of Aurizon’s rail services. Leading a frontline team, you’ll be responsible for managing daily yard and traincrew operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable and cost-effective train services to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Championing a proactive safety culture, aligned to our “I know SAFE, I choose SAFE” commitment
• Managing allocated yard and traincrew operations to meet service demands
