Regional Operational Excellence Leader

We're looking for an experienced Regional Operational Excellence Director to lead the deployment and continuous evolution of the Haleon Production System (HPS) across multiple manufacturing sites and countries.

This is a highly visible regional leadership role partnering with senior manufacturing leaders, plant directors and regional stakeholders to accelerate operational excellence, build organizational capability and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our manufacturing network.

What you'll do

• Lead the regional deployment and governance of the Haleon Production System (HPS).
• Partner with Regional Leadership Teams, Plant Directors and Site Leadership Teams to drive operational excellence transformation.
