What you’ll be doing

What will your essential responsibilities include Underwriting Excellence

• Participate with the APAC & Europe Head of Motor and General CUO in developing and maintaining underwriting processes and guidelines.
• Perform Underwriting reviews, quality controls, SOA reviews, and other governance activities to support the local offices’ business.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement, especially by facilitating regular meetings in sharing knowledge and best practice between the local offices.
• Support and coordinate the implementation of Motor Data Quality culture across Underwriting, Claims, Credit Control, and Middle Office.
• In collaboration with the APAC & Europe Head of Motor, support the achievement of:
