Regional Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead our solar business operations and drive growth in the renewable energy sector. Position: Regional Manager – Solar Business Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand rooftop solar and EPC business. Build and manage dealer/channel partner networks. Lead and motivate the sales and operations team. Achieve regional sales targets and business growth. Coordinate with customers, DISCOMs, and project execution teams. Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Requirements: 2 years of experience in the solar industry. Strong knowledge of rooftop solar, EPC projects, and government subsidy schemes. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
