The Opportunity The Regional Manager provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and people development across a portfolio of branch locations within their assigned region. This role is responsible for driving business performance, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality client experience, and building strong, engaged teams. Working closely with senior leadership, the Regional Manager translates organizational goals into regional execution through sound business planning, relationship‑building, and a hands‑on approach to coaching and development.

What You’ll Bring to Our Team
Minimum 5 years of insurance brokerage experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing or leading a department or branch.
Level 2 General Insurance License required.
