**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead and develop a regional team of Remote Optimization Specialists (ROS) and functional support staff, providing coaching, performance management, technical guidance, and development opportunities.
+ Partner with plant and regional leadership to drive operational excellence through process optimization, performance improvement initiatives, and consistent application of best practices.
+ Oversee operational support activities across multiple cement plants, ensuring effective collaboration among process, quality, reliability, systems, and operations teams on site.
