The Regional Manager of EMR Adoption & Implementations is responsible for the management, delivery and evaluation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) adoption and implementation services in Northern Health (NH). This role leads the team that works with NH leaders, providers and staff to change to more consistent, evidence-based clinical processes, practices, documentation, and patient/client information, enabled by digital health tools and Clinical Information Systems (CIS). The team also works to increase the effective and meaningful use of EMRs through data-informed coaching, human change management, learning strategies and networks of peer mentors.
