We are seeking an experienced and strategic Maintenance Manager to lead and support maintenance operations for our fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment operating throughout Western Australia. Based in Perth at our Naval Base operation, this role provides leadership, technical oversight, and operational support to site-based teams.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of maintenance activities across our operations. You will work closely with the Workshop Supervisors and site teams to drive safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance outcomes.
This is a Perth-based role with regular site travel as required
