Due to increasing demand within the market, a competent senior professional is needed to join their high-performing team to look into the Asia market. Your new roleAs the Regional Legal Counsel, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Negotiating and drafting legal documents across all business units, especially in relations technology industry

Providing legal advisory and risk management

Business partnering with the Sales & Commercial team

Providing support in various corporate transactions and regional projects

Involvement in developing and executing various contract models and processes for business needs
