Regional Human Resources Specialist

Summary This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Human Resources (HR) Branch; Fleet and Family Readiness Programs; Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC); Commander Navy Region Japan. Incumbent serves as a Regional HR Specialist and performs duties in support of the Regional NF Human Resources. Responsibilities Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Human Resources Information Systems, to include recruitment platforms (such as USA Staffing), payroll, Human Resources database, timekeeping, etc. Performs complex position analysis in collaboration with managers and/or supervisors in preparation of position descriptions and crediting plans. Advises and assists managers and/or supervisors with identifying appropriate pay range within the pay band for a position based on the classification determination.
