Regional Head of Operations & Partner Success

Wise Asia-Pacific PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Head of Business Operations to scale servicing and partner operations across the region. You will own regional strategy, KPIs, and ensure our servicing model meets partner expectations as we grow.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, be data‑driven with SQL and Python, and build a clear playbook to drive performance, efficiency and exceptional partner outcomes in an autonomous, fast‑moving environment.
