The Regional General Manager - Vaccines Southeast reports to the Head of Sales and leads a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Area Business Directors (ABDs). This leader is accountable for the full commercial performance of their region across the entire Sanofi Vaccines portfolio, including buy and bill execution, complex customer engagement, and integrated business planning.
The Regional General Manager - Vaccines Southeast operates as a strategic enterprise leader, serving as an accountable member of integrated brand teams, co-creating national commercial strategy, and influencing resource allocation, forecasting, and go-to-market design at a national scale.
