Regional General Manager - Yorkshire - £75,000 - £85,000 + Package
The role is a Regional General Manager opportunity with a large-scale distribution operation overseeing multiple sites across Yorkshire. The role carries full operational responsibility for 4 warehouses, leading large operational teams within a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
The business is looking for a commercially aware Regional General Manager who can balance operational performance, people leadership and customer delivery across a multi-site network. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance - visibility, engagement and strong leadership across the operation are critical.
You will work closely with the wider Logistics distribution and supply chain function, helping drive consistency, performance and long-term operational improvement across the region.
