Linde Canada Inc. is seeking a full-time Regional Driver Trainer to elevate fleet operations in Edmonton or Calgary. Oversee driver training, safety compliance, and performance management within your assigned territory.
In this important role, you’ll manage training activities, focusing on onboarding, refresher sessions, and skills enhancement for new and existing drivers. The position requires hands-on coaching, ride-alongs, and maintaining up-to-date training records. Your independence will facilitate adherence to safety standards while fostering collaboration with local managers to improve driver performance.

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma required
