Regional Digital Marketing Executive

MAIN PURPOSE

The Regional Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Regional Digital Marketing Director to support the growth of Shiseido APAC's key categories driving regional performance marketing excellence, media governance, and cross‑market digital capability building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, optimise & evaluate marketing activities for regional e-commerce campaigns on pureplayer platforms (i.e. Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop) across APAC markets within a matrix organisation and external agency partners.
• Lead holistic search (SEO, GEO, SEM) to drive positive momentum on brand.com ecosystems

Media Governance & Stewardship

• Assist on creation of regional best practices, playbooks, frameworks, benchmarking strategies on digital marketing and media.
