Job Description

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Store Manager within the Butchery Retail | FMCG Industries
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a multi-site management
  • Grade 12
  • Strong knowledge of Butchery Operations and Stock Control
  • Strong understanding of Food Safety and Health & Safety Regulations
  • Proven ability to achieve Sales and Profitability Targets
  • Experience in Procurement and Supplier Management
  • Strong knowledge of Inventory, Shrinkage and Waste Control
  • Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
  • Contactable references and payslips required

Salary Structure:

  • Basic Salary based on experience
