Regional Area Manager – Lead Multi-Branch Operations

Belron New Zealand is seeking an Area Manager to oversee Smith&Smith locations in the Lower South Island region, including Dunedin, Invercargill, Oamaru and Queenstown. You will hire, train and develop regional teams, ensuring Belron standards are applied and profitability goals are met.

You’ll drive customer-focused service, lead cross-functional collaboration, and travel frequently to support branches while advancing brand presence across the territory.
