Job Description
What will you do?
- Serve as the first point of contact for resident inquiries.
- Handle in‑person interactions, incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications related to property management.
- Be the first point of contact for resident complaints and escalate to residential property manager(s).
- Provide administrative support to the residential property management team, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations of properties.
- Maintain property records, files, and databases.
- Support in the preparation and distribution of notices, letters, and correspondence to residents or contractors.
- Other duties as required.
What will you need?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Must complete and pass a criminal record check.
