Job Description

What will you do?

  • Serve as the first point of contact for resident inquiries.
  • Handle in‑person interactions, incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications related to property management.
  • Be the first point of contact for resident complaints and escalate to residential property manager(s).
  • Provide administrative support to the residential property management team, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations of properties.
  • Maintain property records, files, and databases.
  • Support in the preparation and distribution of notices, letters, and correspondence to residents or contractors.
  • Other duties as required.

What will you need?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Must complete and pass a criminal record check.
