Refurbishment & Circularity Engineering Lead

Dyson is seeking a Refurbishment & Circularity Engineering Manager in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. This role focuses on enhancing Dyson’s product portfolio through refurbishment and circular economy strategies.

Your leadership will be key in ensuring products meet high Dyson standards while improving repairability and sustainability. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to implement effective refurbishment processes.

A degree in engineering and 5–8 years of relevant experience are required. Strong technical skills and proficiency in Excel and Power BI are essential.
