About the Role
The Refugee & Disability Employment Specialist is a frontline role within the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. Reporting to theHubs Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with the Refugee Disability Employment Advocate, Refugee Disability Community Advocate, and Post Placement Support teams to deliver holistic, participant-centred employment services.
In this role, you’ll work directly with referred job seekers to identify their employment goals and support them to overcome individual barriers using astrengths-based and holistic approach. Your focus will be on securing sustainable employment outcomes that align with each participant’s aspirations, abilities, and circumstances.
