Refrigeration/HVAC Technician

Overview:

This position functions as part of the property maintenance and engineering team, providing the general maintenance of the Refringeration and HVAC equipment throughout the property. This work is to include new installations, preventive maintenance and estimations for work (man hours, materials and equipment). The HVAC Technicians also provide leadership and training for other HVAC personnel and assist other maintenance personnel with general maintenance tasks as needed outside HVAC.

Responsibilities:

Performs preventative maintenance on Refrigeration and HVAC equipment throughout the property.

Installs new equipment and modifies existing equipment.

Performs general maintenance tasks necessary for repair and maintenance of facility.

Performs a variety of duties troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment (breakdown issues) for the property location.
