Job Description
Our client is a 2nd generation family-owned business that services frozen dessert machines and freezers. Due to growth seeking a Refrigeration Technician (RT) to join the team. This is a field service position. Primary duties include:
+ Diagnose, repair, and maintain ice cream machines, frozen dessert equipment, and commercial freezers.
+ Complete service work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment installations accurately and efficiently.
+ Troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues to minimize customer equipment downtime.
+ Test, inspect, and verify proper operation of newly installed or repaired refrigeration equipment.
+ Communicate professionally with customers to diagnose issues and explain repairs, maintenance, and equipment recommendations.
