Job Description
We’re working with a well-established, family-owned HVAC & refrigeration business who are looking for an experienced Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team.
This is a mobile field role covering service, maintenance, breakdown response, and installation work across a varied and well-established customer base.
If you enjoy hands-on engineering, varied days, and being trusted to get the job done properly without micromanagement, this one hits the mark.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns
Fault finding across refrigeration, AC, and HVAC systems
Installation and commissioning support (A/C, VRF/VRV systems)
Working on cold rooms, chillers, split systems, display cabinets and pack systems
Heat pumps, AHUs, MVHR and wider HVAC equipment
Refrigerant handling including recovery, pressure testing and charging
