Reflection Lead

As a Reflection Lead, you will take a leading role in shaping behaviour, inclusion, and intervention systems across the school. You’ll drive a culture of high expectations and restorative practice, ensuring every student — particularly those who need additional support — feels safe, understood, and able to succeed. Your work will influence curriculum access, staff practice, and whole-school improvement, helping remove barriers and improve outcomes for all learners.

Salary: £33, – £35, actual per annum, Grade 8 (SCP 26–28)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year
