We are on the lookout for a proactive team player to join our business development team supporting the Business Development Managers and working with and reporting to the Placements Director to achieve successful outcomes. This role is remote with regular visits to Esland Services and Support Centre in Belper, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

- Support the Referrals Manager in all aspects of the referral management for Esland
- Supporting with all incoming referrals (via email, phone, and online portals)
- Work with the Business Development Managers to understand the unique individual requirements of all Esland services, so that you have a thorough understanding of appropriate referrals for their services
