We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a client who requires help with personal care, transfers, and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with transfers.
• Support the client in accessing community facilities and social/leisure activities.
• Assist with household tasks and food preparation to promote independence.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapist and case manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving licence and be able to drive a car or van.
• Experience working with young adults and individuals with complex needs.
• Capable of working calmly under pressure and applying a consistent approach.
• Willingness to drive the client’s van when required.
