Recruitment Specialist

Job Overview:

The position is responsible for executing recruiting strategies to fill the workforce requirements of the departments and stores through sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants for vacant positions based on manpower budget in accordance with the company's procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology or HRDM.
• With at least one year of related working experience.
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Can adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Pala Pala, Dasmariñas, Cavite
• Willing to do fieldwork to visit branch from time to time
