Unlike traditional recruitment roles that start with a client brief, your primary responsibility is to take the exceptional, pre‑vetted talent already sitting in our database and aggressively market them to new and existing corporate clients.

This is a hunter role designed for a skilled sales and marketing professional who thrives on outbound business development. You will be tasked with identifying commercial market gaps, pitching top‑tier candidate profiles to decision‑makers, and achieving a high conversion rate.
