Recruitment Operations Lead - Hybrid

Trilogy International in Finland is seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to oversee daily recruitment projects, ensure quality service delivery, and build strong client relationships.

You will source and screen candidates to meet client requirements, lead sourcing activities, and work in a hybrid pattern: 3 days onsite in Perai and 2 days work-from-home. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
