- No less than 4 years' experience in a Recruitment Agency, in a target- driven environment
- Able to run a 360 degree desk ie Source/Match and Close deals
- Someone who does not shy away from actively building/growing client relationships
- Can consistently meet and exceed a moderate target
- A stable work history
- Excellent English, communication skills
