Recruitment Executive - Kuala Lumpur

They are seeking a proactive and highly organized Recruitment Executive (Workforce Management) to support their high-volume hiring and onboarding operations. This role is suitable for candidates with excellent communication skills who are capable of managing large pools of workers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

• Follow up with leads obtained from multiple channels (e.g., social media ads, company website, community groups, referral programs, banners, and flyers).
• Contact candidates who have registered but have not turned up for work.
• Manage over 100 existing WhatsApp groups for newly onboarded and attrited full-time/part-time courier and sorter pools.
• Answer worker queries regarding pay, hub locatio...
