Ledcor is hiring a full‑time Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. Reporting to the Supervisor, Recruitment Coordination, you’ll be the primary point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance to Day 1 readiness.

This high‑volume, fast‑paced role requires process discipline, excellent communication, and the ability to keep multiple candidates moving simultaneously. You will support people through transitions and work closely with operations across the business.
