Recruitment Coordinator

A multinational company is looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator for their busy Recruitment Department. Candidates must understand the recruitment process from

• Booking hotels and flights for shortlisted candidates
• Creating spreadsheets to track large volumes of data
• Flagging any issues to the recruitment manager
• Liaising with many different line managers on requirements for their vacancies
• Updating senior managers with candidate information on each stage of the recruitment process
• Manage the collation of documents for offer letters, visa processing and references
• Update HR database
• Assist with onboarding
