South Africa, South Africa We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant with previous agency experience. This is a full 360° recruitment role with a strong focus on business development, cold and warm calling, and account management across multiple industries.Key Responsibilities:

Proactively develop new business through new business generation, networking, and client meetings across multiple industries

Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of service delivery

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief to placement

Build and manage long-term client relationships

Achieve and exceed individual billing and activity targets

Minimum requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a recruitment

Strong business development and prospecting experience

Agency environment experience

Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
