We’re looking for an onsite Recruitment Business Partner to join our Guidant Global team in Staffordshire, supporting a busy manufacturing client account. You’ll play a vital role in delivering the full recruitment and onboarding process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple assessment centres and presentations to groups each week
• Welcome candidates, deliver introductions, and complete Right to Work compliance checks
• Conduct 1–1 interviews and support offer decisions
• Coordinate pre‑employment medicals and accompany candidates throughout the site
• Lead on‑site inductions twice weekly, including presenting to groups
