Job Description
We’re looking for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. You’ll work closely with TA Partners, senior stakeholders within the business, and our Employer Brand partner in Brand. This is a newly created, hands‑on role with room to shape how recruitment marketing works at Preply. You’ll help us bring hiring priorities to life through talent events, community partnerships, paid campaigns, Glassdoor, job platforms, careers page improvements, and strong briefs for employer brand content.
You’ll need to bring the hiring context: who we need to reach, where they spend time, what might make them engage with us, and how we turn that interest into stronger candidate relationships and qualified pipeline.
