History of the Company: Superior Ambulance Service started in 1959 with one ambulance and today is the largest independent, locally owned, and operated emergency medical services provider in the Midwest. Superior employs more than 4,000 licensed EMT, Paramedics and Nurses, operating a fleet of more than 800 ambulances throughout Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Superior also provides Critical Care, helicopter, and fixed wing emergency medical transportation.
The Recruiting Coordinator's primary location is out of our Warren, Michigan station. You will be responsible for the development of partnerships and sourcing for licensed team members in both Michigan and Ohio. The recruiting coordinator supports the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of various HR and recruiting activities so that the entire HR team can effectively source, screen, and hire qualified candidates.
