Overview

IntouchCX is a global leader in customer experience management, digital engagement, and AI and automation solutions with a track record of over 20 years. We are looking for a Recruiting Administrator to support the Recruitment Team and serve as the face of our front desk to ensure a pleasant experience for all potential candidates. Location: Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone, Central Luzon, Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome scheduled and walk-in applicants
  • Assist applicants and address inquiries during all phases of the recruitment process
  • Coordinate communication between campus and operations
  • Schedule interviews
  • Coordinate and administer pre-employment tests
  • Provide support with Welcome Letter creation
  • Assemble new hire plans and rosters
  • Input employee data and maintain employee files for data & analytics
  • Own and support all Recruiting Admin related duties
