Commission Structure
5% on every Executive Search placement.
3% on every EOR placement.
3% on every internal placement.
Estimated monthly commission: ~PKR 350,000.
Total estimated monthly package: up to PKR 550,000.
Base Salary & Benefits
Base salary: up to PKR 200,000 per month.
