Responsibilities: Review and screen resumes based on job requirements and qualifications. Identify qualified candidates and prepare candidate shortlists for hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and recruitment records. Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
